You MUST come to the installation/maintenance appointment without makeup or with the understanding that the lashes will need to be cleaned, which will also remove your makeup! You are welcome to bring products to apply makeup after the service. If you come for maintenance with another technician's work, an additional €5 and 30 minutes will be added to the price. I only perform maintenance on classic lashes for regular clients. It is not recommended to wash your eyes for 4 hours after eyelash lamination, as the production of natural oils is restored during this time to protect your lashes.

In case of delay, if I or the salon have not been notified, I have the right to refuse to provide the service! The maximum acceptable delay is 15 minutes, with notification! For bookings cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, 50% of the service price must be paid. The invoice will be sent via email and must be paid within 3 days. (This also applies to illness!) In case of a no-show, 100% of the cost of the requested service must be paid. The invoice will be sent via email and must be paid within 3 days.

Please do NOT come to your appointment if you are SICK / feeling unwell! Please also postpone your appointment if your child, partner, or someone you are in constant contact with is sick/unwell. Infection is 100% certain, as the contact with the client is prolonged and very close.
